What are the shipping costs?

We do not have a minimum order amount, but shipping costs are slightly higher for smaller orders.

Netherlands
Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.95. For smaller orders under €10, shipping costs are €6.50.

Belgium & Germany
Shipping is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €4.95. For smaller orders under €20, shipping costs are €6.95.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order at Drawables with iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. There are no additional costs associated with these payment methods.

What is the delivery time?

All orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.

I can't place an order

Is something going wrong while ordering? Don't hesitate to contact me, and I will be happy to help you.

Can I return products?

Are you not satisfied with a product? You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items can only be returned if they are undamaged and in their original condition. Once the product is received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method you used for your order. Do you want to return something?
