What are the shipping costs?

We do not have a minimum order amount, but the shipping costs are slightly higher for smaller orders.

The Netherlands
Shipping is free when you order for more than €50. The shipping costs for orders under €50 are €4.95. For smaller orders under €10, the shipping costs are €6.50.

Belgium & Germany
The shipping is free when you order for more than € 75 . The shipping costs for orders under € 75 are € 4.95 . For smaller orders under €20, the shipping costs are €6.95.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order at Drawables with iDEAL, credit card and Paypal. There are of course no additional costs associated with these payment methods.

What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?

All paid orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped in 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.

Can I return products?

Are you not satisfied with a product? You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the items can only be returned if they are undamaged and in their original condition. When the product has been received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method that you used for your order. Do you want to return something?
